The PUR Promise – 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try your PUR bottle for 30 days. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it for a flat $7 return fee (within Canada). Prefer store credit? We’ll waive the return fee entirely.

To keep our process fair and sustainable, customers may return up to $300 CAD worth of product per calendar year. Beyond this amount, we may not be able to accept further returns.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Excessive or abusive returns may result in policy restrictions.

For Canadian Orders

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

• Flat return fee: $7 CAD

• Return fee is waived if you choose store credit

• Original shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable

• Allow up to 14 business days for processing once received

For International Orders

If you’re outside Canada, returns can still be made within 30 days, but customers are responsible for return shipping. Please email us for the return address and instructions.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you may return your item for store credit and place a new order with the credit applied.

Returning a Gift?

If you received a PUR product as a gift and wish to return it, we’re happy to offer a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Contact us with the original order info if possible.
