Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package leaves our facility.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We currently ship across Canada. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Q: Why was Shipping Protection added to my order?
A: We include optional Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your order against loss, damage, or theft. You can remove it, but we recommend keeping it for peace of mind.


Returns & Warranty

Q: Can I return my bottle if I change my mind?
A: Yes, we offer 30-day returns on unused bottles. Contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping fees may apply.

Q: What if my bottle arrives damaged?
A: If your bottle has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Q: What are your bottles made of?
A: 100% pure food-grade copper — no lining, no plastic, no BS.

Q: Are your bottles safe?
A: Yes. Our copper is lead-free, BPA-free, and naturally antimicrobial. Every batch is tested for safety and purity.

Q: Can I use it for hot or acidic drinks?
A: We recommend only storing room temperature or cool water in your bottle. Avoid hot liquids, citrus, or carbonated drinks.


Cleaning & Care

Q: How do I clean my copper bottle?
A: Use lemon and salt or a vinegar and water mix to remove oxidation. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher.

Q: How often should I clean it?
A: Rinse after each use. Deep clean at least once a week.
